Antonio Carvalho is the CEO of TICG, and has 21 years of international experience in investment banking, private equity and management consulting. Since 2006 Antonio has been based in the Middle East, consulting on the telecommunications & technology sector as well as the public sector. In parallel, Antonio has served for four years on the investment committee of a Private Equity Fund in the GCC region and on the board of several portfolio companies. Antonio began his career in investment banking at the Deutsche Bank and BES Lisbon and has also worked as a senior executive for a large telecom multinational. His areas of expertise are Strategy Setting, Business & Financial Planning, Operations roll-out and Transformational programs. Antonio holds a degree in Economics from the UCP in Portugal and University Charles III, Madrid, Spain. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish and has a working knowledge of French.
